Our Cookery Classes aim at giving students a
360° perspective in cooking basics, handling of ingredients, cooking
techniques, and interesting variation in recipes. Follow the
‘Schedule’ each month to know about our courses. You are required to
confirm your attendance for each class at least 2 days in advance.
Also, in the offing is a complete hands-on
class, specially designed for people who would like to cook along as
they learn during this interactive session. Students shall be
provided with separate set of measured ingredients to attempt the
demonstrated recipes on their own. To know more, call now and book

You may also take a sneak-peek in our modern
kitchen shop. Place orders with us for kitchen equipments like
silicon spatulas, ladles, baking pans and moulds.

Recipe of the month
Methi Chicken
In a wok heat oil and tip in ginger garlic paste. Next throw in finely chopped onions, tomatoes and methi leaves and sauté for 2-3 mins. Add the dices of boneless chicken and saute for 2 mins.
Add the dry masala – turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder. Stir for few seconds. Add 1/4 cup water and cover with a lid and let it simmer for 10 mins and serve hot.
